Claims to be a loan application place trying to get info on my sister-in-law.  Then she called and they claimed to be a debt collector but refused to give her any info and said they couldn't pull up her info on file unless she gave them her SSN.  She refused to give them anything.  I'm guessing it's either a false credit problem or a scammer trying to get her info.
