This company Cohen Swartz and Associates have been blowing me up about a debt I have have for 4+ years. Trying to tell me that I made fradulent promises to resolve a debt, and that they need my social secutity number so they can file the claims against me in court. They leave numerous messages and they call from all kinds of numbers. I started to get a little worried, but when I relized, after reading all the notes on here about this " law firm" lol, I decided to keep ignoring the calls. If they really were who they said they were, they would have my information, and not need to be disclose any more. Seriously, the person the debt was with has my address. SEND ME A BILL people!!!! Stop Harassing me!
this company purports to be a law firm--they are not--trying to collect a debt from my son who already paid this debt. They said they have no record of the payment. We will start a consumer complaint with the state of Georgia
