I's sure we are loosing real customer calls. and in some cases, I, not knowingly, could be rude to someone who is actually a legitamate caller or potential customer.
They are a sales company for radio ads. They claim they are giving your company an opportunity to put ads on the radio to support things like drunk driving and the like. I let them do it once. The second time, I asked them to send me an email with the information. Instead, they just ran the ad. Now they want money which they are getting none. But they call 2 or 3 times a day.
