I answered this number and after saying hello 4 times a man said hello and then hung up.  I tried to call the number back and it has been disconnected.  Who is this?

receiving calls from this number, but never leave me a message.

WTF?  No idea who this is and calls my cell phone.

Guy called and claimed to be doing a water survey.  Seemed legit until he asked if I was employed or a stay home mom.  When I called back, I was told the # was disconnected!

Called, and Did not speak. Called Number back and got message that this number is disconnected.
