It is Mediacom. I had just made a payment online, and before I could even close the browser, my phone rang. I waited to see if there was a voicemail, and a few minutes later I called them back. They knew my name the second they answered and confirmed I had just made a payment, and wanted to offer me a package upgrade, which I declined.
It's not your local Mediacom office, it's a regional sales group, but it is Mediacom corporate.
I have had 5 more calls from this clown. He can tell when I access the Mediacom website, he knows my number and he knows I am a Mediacom customer. I have demanded Mediacom put a stop to these calls. This is a 3rd party sales Rep. badgering me and will not stop. I am on the Donotcall.gov list and can not understand why this clown thinks he can continue calling me after all the complaining I have done. I am getting ready to take legal action.
