No one on the line.

Ignored a call from this number because I didn't recognize it.  A bunch of people on white pages say it's a scam re: lower credit card interest.

Robo call wanting me to lower my interest rates. I pushed 1 after the recording and asked to be put on Do Not Call List. Male voice said but this is about interest rates. I repeated DNC list and he hung up.

I called the number back and it does not accept incoming calls
