This is from something called direct connect, trying to get you to pay them for listing your property for sale.

I received a call from these people, just a little earlier today. I was left a brief message by a Libby Parkline, and when I called them back, I was hung up on rudley by this person. I was under the impression it was actually a person responding to my ad I placed online to sell my home. Then my wife looked up this number and seen it was some kind of telemarketing company trying to get us to pay them to list our home.
