Called the number back and it sounded like a room full of people, the guy answering said it was the "Conservative Strike Force" looking for donations to help whoever the Republican nominee for president would be.  Managed to keep the guy on the line for awhile chit-chatting before he tried to transfer me to his "supervisor" to tell me where to send my check.  That's when I hung up. They don't seem to be associated with any candidate or campaign so the money just goes in their pockets.
