Who called from 2246500776

Getting calls day and night he ask for money for police fund to help children, I have talk to him 3 times and tell him no donation , but he keeps calling

It comes up as a cell phone but they call day & night and just hang up when the answering machine picks up.

Same guy as the Oak Lawn number 708-931-1500, dumber than a box of rocks, keeps calling and is rude!

This could be a scam. A cell phone in Huntly with statements of collecting for the Wheeling police dept. I live in Wheeling and it dosen't make sense that they would have someone from Huntly call on their behalf. It isnt even the same County. They do send legit looking literature with the return envelope.
