Who called from 2246501793

Calls but leaves nothing on voice mail.

I get calls from this number 3 times a day and the person hangs up.  I called back and got some voicemail.

they call everyday and never respond when we answer. we finally stopped answering and they just dont leave a message but stay on the line. -please dont answer these calls, they are a waste of your time-

same thing just happened to me.

I have received several calls from this number? and it is not a number that receives calls back, and you can not leave a message. It does look like a text message went through.
I have received as many a four in one day and noone has ever been on the other end, if I answered it on time. and never have received a voice message.  Does anyone know who this is?
