Funny, I got called about 5 hours ago. Voicemail sounded like latin radio. I'm guessing it's a spammer or con group that is still learning how to use their war dialing software.
Yeah, I received a call from that number a few weeks ago; but just an hour ago the number 22467921 called me. If they are spammers or con-artists they changed the number (however slightly).
