Same here, It was 2:14am (GMT+3) .. strange but i guessed it's a scam call.. so i suggest you not to call them back... if they really need to talk to you they will contact you again.
Its a scam. I also received called at UTC 9:00 AM, with two bells. I called the number back and there is an Arab lady trying her level best to sound sexy. I hung up and it deducted 5 Saudi Riyals for me.
Please do not call back on the number. I believe the telecom company are part of this scam.
Yes! it is clearly scam call, they will suck all your credits in your mobile phone & worst later they will you send some promotional ads & charged it on ur bills... strongly suggest not to call them back or answer their calls neither especially from a +224 are code.. if you really expect some calls from West Africa then do so..
