I think these are spoof calls. They originated somewhere possibly Asia and bounce off of US phones numbers. I get about 10 a week. The networks or smart phones could outsmart them but they generate income so they are asking for a class action suit.

Within one minute they called my cell, then house, then cell again, then house again. Never left a message on either. Considering they had both numbers and never left a message, there's a chance they got my info from one of the several retailers that has been hacked in the past year. This also wasn't the first time they called my house, as I already had the number in my block list.
