I keep receiving calls from this number from early afternoon on till after 9pm EST.  They leave messages, but all messages are completely silent.  I looked it up online and got links suggesting it might be a cell phone, so I sent text messages asking who it is and stating I think they have the wrong number.  In the afternoons, they may call twice in a 30 minute time-frame.  I haven't answered as I do not recognize the number.

I have a 224 Tmobile cell phone area code myself.  My husband got my phone in Illinois while there for Naval training.  So I've received many calls from people I've never met, who thought a friend of theirs still owned the number, etc.  I'm wondering if this is another of those calls or a telemarketer.
