I got a call on my cell a couple of minutes ago. I didn't answer because i didn't recognize the number.
From what other people are saying, this sounds like the weird calls that were going around a few years ago, where the speaker sounded like Spanish, but Spanish-speaking people getting the calls couldn't understand what the recorded caller was saying.
it's stupid telemarketers. they say you`re gonna win money if you do something. idk. i just hang up as soon as i hear "congratulations! you can win money...!" so screw that.
