This number calls at least once a week- always during the day while I"m at work and not answering my cell phone, and they never leave a voicemail. It's just a nuisance.
lol its funny i just paid my car ins. for a year yesterday and i get this call ..... I think i am going to have a talk with my ins. carrier about selling my info and then have a nice long chat with my lawyer.
Chris: You paid your car insurance, and then got a call from some different insurance company, who would be a competitor of your insurance company, and believe it is because your insurance company sold your info to another insurance company? In the words of Robert Downy Jr..."You just went full retard."
I can't imagine your insurance agent saying "Well, Chris just paid us for an entire year! What a great customer! Let's try to get another insurance company to steal him from us!" Even further, you think that your logical deduction from this instance is not only plausible, but you also think that your ONE occurrence would justify a lawsuit.

This number keeps calling me telling me I am being sued for a credit card bill. I have never had a credit card from this company. I called the company and the cops.
