Someone called from this number claiming to be from "Direct Buy" to tell me about prizes I'd "won."

I got a call from 225-228-6258, foreign woman who immediately tells me "Not to Worry" (classic sign to start worrying).  She says she isn't selling anything.  That I have won prizes from Direct Buy.  I asked who was Direct Buy.  I asked how she got my number?  She stuttered.  I hung up.  How are these thieves getting our numbers?  All of my phones are on the Do Not Call List.!!!!!!!
