$4.88 on my statement too - company phone number shut down and no response to email of course! Called my bank - they removed charge - but required to cancel debit card and get new number so it doesn't happen again !
A charge for $4.88 showed up on my bank statement from www.topforms.net. Looked up the company on the web and supposedly they deal in legal forms. Had no reason to purchase legal forms, and there is no reciept anywhere in my files or my computor for any. Notified the bank to remove the charge.
A Charge of $4.88 SHOWED UP ON MY BANK STATEMENT. I do not want it there, I have no reason for your legal services such as what they susposedly are. I have no reciept of any kind , way shape or Form. Will notify the bank to not pay it,& to remove it from my account unpaid. Please don"t do that again.

I just got this charge on my debit card. I will be calling my bank in the morning to not to pay it. Please let me know if anyone finds out how they got our debit card numbers.
