We have received calls from this person & he is EXTREMELY RUDE. there is no execuse for the way he has spoken to our employees. he even made a threat to me. i believe he needs to be investigated.
We have been recieveing spam calls from "Mark from shipola" phone number 423-232-0891. I asked him not to call again and to take us off of his call list. He said ok, hung up and call our other number. He is predatory and rude to two of our employees. Please take the phone service from this pest and revenew waster.
Mark's last name is not Shipola. He works for Chipola Caps. He is persistent in finding the decision maker within your company. He doesn't leave messages, because no one returns calls anymore, so he persistently pursues the decision maker until he gets an answer. He does what he promises with samples, orders, etc...the only negative is they come from China. He's just trying to make a living.
If you don't want to deal with him, just say you don't buy hats or that your brother Daryl and his other brother Daryl are in the back making their own.
