Received recorded message saying a lawsuit had been filed against my social security number and I was going to be arrested. THIS IS A SCAM! You will not be arrested because a lawsuit has been filed against you - even assuming that part is even true (I have access to legal databases and did not find any lawsuits filed against me when I searched my name & SSN). I assume this is a debt collection scam or other type of scam, and violates federal & state debt collection laws & federal telephone consumer protection laws! I advise turning this number into the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) for violation of fair debt collection practices as well as the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) for violation of Telehone Consumer Protection laws (TCPA)!!
