They called me saying i had an unsettled loan with my new married name. I just got married and i havent gotten any loans with this name. He keep saying he wanted my attorneys name and number. they had all my information. and my husbands phone number. They were saying i would have to go to court and prove that i never got a loan and i just became who i am. Also i use a prepaid card all the time. and they had that information too.
