Called my cell about 10:30. I do not answer unknown numbers. They left no message.

Called in the middle of the afternoon, but was unknown number so I didn't pick it up. They left no message.

Called the number back and received a message stating: "Sorry that we missed your call, if you want to save money on car insurance Press 1 to talk to a representative, Press 2 to be removed from our calling list".

The automated prompt did not specify what company it was.

I called back and it said we can not complete ur call
