These people call anyone in the phone book with the same last name as you trying to collect information on a person that owes moneh. It really should be against the law.
They are a debt collector that the U.S. Department of Education uses to get their student loans you borrowed, paid back. They are legit bc the US Dept of ED is who will garnish your wages either way.
