Just received a call from this cow. She left a message saying she needed to talk to my daughter who is disabled and I'm POA for. I called her back and only gave my phone number. She looked up the file and said she was looking for my ex husbands son. I told her this number wasn't his and never was. She was so freaking rude it wasn't funny. She can kiss my [***] I blocked her. She wouldn't answer any questions as to who her company was or what they do. I don't know how they got my daughters name
This unprofessional Wench, Pat Ladkin, called me stating she was from Spark Collection Agency, which I have no idea why since I do not have any credit cards. She replied extremely rude saying, "ARE YOU GONNA LISTEN OR WHAT?!" I told her I wouldn't since I don't know what she's talking about and this classless creature spoke over me saying, "WELL WE'RE GONNA KEEP REPORTING IT TO THE CREDIT REPORT BUREAU!" And hung up on me... I'm in California and have no business in Canada.
I called back, got her VM, and so I left a detailed message indicating that my lawyer will be following up with this company for her absurd behavior and harassment. I will not stop until I reach out to the highest Administrator of this company.
This idiot needs to be fired for her lack of education and morals.
I received an automated call yesterday morning from their toll free number (888-241-9150) and pressed 1 to connect. I was connected to Pat Ladkin, she asked for my phone number. I said "You called me", what company are you with. She demanded to know my phone number before she would identify her company, I asked for her company name again and she said "We'll just keep calling until you co-operate with us", then hung up.
I proceeded to call her over and over and over again - at least 150 times yesterday, but she only answered the first time, after that I got her voice mail. I left a long message each time, telling her that I will continue to call at least 100 times per day until SHE co-operates with ME and tells me who she works for.
I left voice mail after voice mail yesterday, telling her that if she wants to stop the calls, she will need to pick up the phone and tell me what company she works for. I even promised her that I wouldn't swear when I got her on the phone when she picked up, and also that as soon as she gave me her company name that I would immediately tell her my phone number so this could all be over.
3 or 4 times she answered by mistake, and each time I actually got her on the phone, I said "Are you ready to co-operate with me yet?" She continued to hang up each time.
I then continued calling her today, and eventually she got the picture that this was not going to end the way she wanted it to. A few minutes ago, she answered my call and told me the name of her company - KINGSTON DATA AND CREDIT (https://kingstondc.com/patricia-ladkin/) - Immediately after she gave me her company's name, she said "and now can I have your phone number please?"
I said "No, I lied", and then hung up.
For anyone reading this, I highly recommend this tactic the next time you get a call from a bitchy collection agent who thinks she can intimidate you.
I have received anywhere from one to 4 calls per day from this Pat Ladkin who does not identify the company she works for over the last 3 months at least. She has been verbally told she can not reach our son through our number. I have left at least 2 phone mails asking her to stop calling and even told her personally over the phone. I have requested this number be removed form their records. Tonight the message I left was one more phone call and I will report to police harassment on her part. I believe she is working for another company now but says the name either so softly or rushes through it it is not recognizable despite repeated playbacks.
Got a call from Pat. Guess she is a collection agent. Called demanding money that an ex girlfirend from 15+ years ago owes. When I laughed and said hell no, she said she was going to report it to my credit bureau if I didn't pay. I laughed again and said good luck, she told me to f*off and hung up. LOL. I'll check my credit bureau next week - since I recorded the call and I'm not associated with that debt in any way other than previously dating the person who owes it, it is illegal and I will make her life hell.
