Man calls and repeatedly tells me my computer is infected not a virus just infected.  Then he is insistent that he must immediately access my computer. When I tell him that by letting him remote in he will also have access to my personal records, he ignores my comment pushes harder for me to give him access.  This man is arrogant demanding and rude. When asked what the name of his company is he tells me I am wasting his time and hangs up.
