Who called from 2292263277

I have gotten calls almost daily from this number.  When I am home and answer the call, the caller hangs up after I say hello.

These people have been calling me for months! If I don't answer, they keep calling every day. If I do answer, they either hang up, or ask for a random man's name, like Paul or John. When I say they have the wrong number, they just hang up.
