Sean (Shawn?) William Castle claimed to have records of online medication orders because of a big bust by FDA/DEA indicating I had committed a felony by purchasing medication online. His latest number is 240-330-6547. Bad, bad person. I'm ashamed I fell for his threats. Whatever name he's using now, this slippery guy belongs in jail, and I intend to use all my resources to ensure that happens.
Got a message Tuesdat morning from a "Paul Tran" saying he was from the Food and Drug Administation. Told me he needed to speak with me ASAP and that if I did not return his call immediately, that there would be a WARRANT ISSUED FOR MY ARREST WITHIN 24 hours! He even gave me some docket # to refer to when callng back. I phoned him back several times, and the same man seems to also be the receptionist~same voice! Then, he never returned my repeated return calls...!!!Today, I called AGAIN, and his voice mail box was full! I am reporting him to the FDA tomorrow, as they list these almost identical scams on their website! I was EXTREMELY nervous, when hearing "arrest warrant" I think anyone would become nervous! CREEPY SCAMMERS! Its a federal offense to impersonate a FDA officer so, he is in for some good times, BEHIND BARS!
just got the same message - 2 seconds ago - and decided to google the phone number! thank you for posting this - my heart is now beating a little slower!! Such creeps in this world - but karma is a [***] ya know!
Received 2 calls from Mathew at 229-380-8470 on Friday 4/8 said he represented the FDA. He got my last name wrong (DUH) first name right. Demanding a call back to avoid a warrant issue based on a investigation.
#1 - This was obviously a scam from a off shore location
#2 - The FDA enforces any major law/regulations through the FBI ( I worked for Johnson & Johnson which is regulated by the FDA, they literally had a raid due to non-compliance issues and temp closed the business, only the FBI was present)
#3 - Any Federal agent cannot demand $$, this is fraud and extortion. Just imagine if a cop could give you a call and directly ask for $ - this is a BRIBE.
#4 - Actually I hope he calls back so I can play with him and reverse the situation on his [***].
Just got a phone call from Paul who said that I was under investigation due to ordering on controlled substance on the internet. Said he was DEA thru the FDA. Gave me a badge number of 2089 and told me he was from GA but that his "chief", who he kept offering to call for me and put in a good word, was in the "main station in Boston". He hung up when I told him I would talk to my attorney (my best friend). Spoke to my attorney who told me to google the number....
Because he continued to ask me if I wanted him to put in a good word with the chief I can only assume he would have then asked me for $$$, etc.
I called him back and told him to google his phone number and told him to get a real job and quit wasting good people's time.
