I answered, silence, no one responded,not even an automated script,heard a click waited some time, but never got disconnected, meaning I never heard a busy tone eventually. Who knows who it was and what they wanted. I assume it was a telemarketer offering an extended warranty or a credit card interest rate reduction. A debt consolidation firm. Perhaps it was some suspicious organization wanting money to "help out" Haiti after it's recent earthquake. Who knows. Hopefully they call again and I can get nasty with them, especially if it was a telemarketer since my number has been on the Do Not Call registry for almost 2 years. Charities are supposed to exempt from the Do Not Call rules/laws, but I could've sworn that charities would have to abide to these laws eventually, but could be mistaken.
