SCAM!!! I've heard about these but never got one of these calls. They tried to tell me my personal computer was generating errors and I needed to open something in Microsoft. I don't own a Windows computer. I knew I should have kept her on the line for as long as possible so she couldn't try to scam anyone else for 5 minutes.
