Another fake IRS call where the scam artists phone you up pretending to be the IRS and that the IRS has filed a lawsuit against you. They expect you to call them back and then use non-standard untraceable ways of stealing from you, such as prepaid credit cards or Green Dot.

Got a voice message about the IRS filing a lawsuit against me. Anyone with half a brain knows the IRS doesn't do business like this. I called back. It rang about 20 times. I then got a message that the wireless customer wasn't available. Not able to leave a message. I sent a text stating that I am saving every scam call & message and that I will be contacting the police & attorney general!
