They just called back again. This time I answered. They said they were from Luminous Tech and they had a job they wanted to offer me. They then proceeded to ask me questions about my personal information. When I questioned their phone number being short a digit they responded with "I will have to check with my operator about that" but did not hang up. When I said that Luminous Tech's google result came back as a textile company, he seemed un-phased as well. If he didn't sound foreign and ask me a bunch of personal details, I may have fallen for it. They did mention they got my resume from Monster, and my background is IT related.
