Received VM on cell on 8/24/16. Started in middle of automated message, "urgent" that I contact them concerning eligibility for lowering interest rates. Obvious predatory marketing scam.
Calling to lower interest rates on credit cards. Oldest scam on record. DNC lists mean nothing to these scammers, since they are actually calling from outside the country and use a spoofed number.
