I got the same thing. The text message says "your entry last month has WON! Goto http://www.bestbuy.com.gccp.bim/claimid=312 and enter your Winning Code: "6655" to claim your FREE $1,000 Bestbuy Giftcard!"

Like you, I don't see any real info on the scam.
