They say they have been getting errors from my computer on the internet. They tell me they can help me fix the problem. They need access to my computer. Actually they said they would tell me what to do. When I asked them each time what company they are with, they say there are representing Windows.
Today when I told the woman I wanted to know what registry keys she needed to fix she said: "f...you" and hung up.
