Caller ID showed "name not found" and the fact the exchange is 141 which sounds bogus is proof enough this is a spam caller. I shut off my answer machine if I am close enough to do that when the call comes in so the line will seem like it is not connected and will not answer. They may call back again but that is their problem. My phone system is a phone system, not a spam filter so I can't make it ignore numbers that are not in the "known number" list of friends and family/business callers.
I keep a list of numbers like this who have called and if I receive a second call then I put them on the blocking list. I had to start doing that because most of the spam callers never call back with the same number so I was rapidly filling up my 250 blocked number storage ability with people who never called back. There must be thousands so I only block the ones who call back. That reduced the list to about 60 numbers who were constant spam callers at any one time. And even that list can be pruned down if none of the numbers on it are calling back using the same numbers.
The only thing we can do about this deplorable situation is complain to any official including politicians who will listen that Verizon and ATT are not addressing the problem of their system being used for illegal fraud and harassment. It's their phone system they are using so they are the ones directly in charge and responsible.
We should not have to devote hours of our lives and $$$ dealing with telephone fraud and harassment.

This is the number of the caller who leaves messages saying they are from the IRS , who is suing me,
and leaving another number to call. Calls are coming almost daily.
Left message stating from irs and that this is a final notice and have filed a lawsuit against me. Phone number bogus and irs does not call. They use snail mail. I also don't owe them anything. So tired of these calls.
Received message supposedly from the IRS about a possible lawsuit. Know this is nothing but a scam and won't waste time calling back. The IRS does not operate in this manner and will send a certified letter first, not call and make threats.
