This number called back this afternoon. I didn't answer the call and let it ring. The caller left a message on the answering machine.
This time, the caller was Emily from publicreputation dot com. We've received other such robocalls in the past (more about that in a moment). This time, though, I noticed she left a callback number of 800-542-7889. I'll be making a post there to cross-reference these numbers.
In addition, Emily has been a busy robocaller--calling us from these numbers:
231-222-5787 (for publicreputation dot com) - http://800notes.com/Phone.aspx/1-231-222-5787,
231-225-0067 (for Google MyBusiness Page) - http://800notes.com/Phone.aspx/1-231-225-0067, and
248-206-0204 (for publicreputation dot com) - http://800notes.com/Phone.aspx/1-248-206-0204
It's interesting that every time I report a supposed Google robocaller to Google, the same numbers call back and change the company they're calling from to publicreputation dot com. Hmm.
This number called the office a few minutes ago. The caller turned out to be yet another robocaller imploring us to press 1 to update our Google Listing.
We've previously received similar calls from 231-222-5787 (http://800notes.com/Phone.aspx/1-231-222-5787).
Also, I'll be reporting this new number to google via the complaint form at https://support.google.com/business/contact/rbc_form
