Answered the phone to a loud static sound for about 3 seconds. Then a lady confirmed my business name and asked if I was at an address that I operated from over 7 years ago. When I asked who was calling she said the Chamber of Commerce. I ended the phone call.

I also received a call to my business number that was pure static but thought I could barely hear someone talking through it. The call also lasted just seconds.
This number called our place of business, asked the number of employees. I asked who she was and she said "Chamber of Commerce" . She knew the number of I employees we had, I said yes, then she hung up. I tried calling back and it did a half ring then automatically ended
She 'confirmed' my business address, then asked how many employees we had. I asked 'Who's calling?!' She apologized and said, 'Chamber of Commerce.' I asked which one?! She said, 'American Chamber', I said, 'No thanks, I'm with the local chamber!' and hung up and called my local chamber to tell them about it.
