Who called from 2312240227

This number calls every couple of days.  Upon answering, it hangs up.  I called the number back, it never connected and acted as if I had the phone off of the hook for some period of time.  I received that loud pulsing that indicates a phone off hook.

Calls every other day and hangs up upon answering.  Very annoying.

Has been calling for a few days - never leaves a message.  I tried calling the number back from a land line phone and it won't connect?

This number calls me once or twice a day.  You can't call it back.  There is no connection.  Today they finally said something.  Well, more like heavy breathing then asked about some entertainment?

Received a call from 231-224-0227 they just hang up! I tried calling back and you cannot connect!
