Who called from 2312242000

They called at 8:34, left no message.  I tried to find company doesn't exist.  I tried to call them back and phone just rang no answer.

I have gotten calls from this number on several days.
3/8/07, 3/9/07, 3/12/07.

Called last night (3-13-07). I didn't answer, they left no message & hung up.

5:51 p.m. March 14,2007, receieved call, hangup

Caller :  CCI 101
Caller hangs up when my answering machine picks up.  Called the number back. The first time line was busy. The second time, it beeped and then a recording stated, it now will hang up.  Called the third time and the recording stated, 'Memory is full" the machine will now hang up'  What can we do to stop these unwanted and annoying calls.
