Whomever or whatever this is keeps calling and calling but dead air on end of line when answered.  Can anyone stop this???

I had 3 calls today, I asked who are you to the retort is that how you answer the phone.

They call and hang up when I answer. It is difficult sometimes for me to get to the phone.
I have a bad heart condition so I keep a landline in case I need 911. I do not do any business over the phone so please stop wasting my time and yours!

3 calls today from this number, I answered none but it's annoying to keep seeing this number on my cell phone.  Makes me hate Michigan even more now.
