I receive calls from this number,
(231) 246-6982, every week. I do recieve a voice mail message however the beginning of the message is always missing. Below is the exact same message that they leave every week. The first word always starts off by saying "ancial" and I assume the entire word should be "Financial." Nonetheless, I have blocked the caller on my iPhone but I would like to know who this is. I cannot find any information when searching online for this number. Some sites state it is a wireless number. So can a telemarketer or debt collectors use a cell phone to make their calls? If so, it is annoying if they can because it becomes completely untraceable. This is the voice mail message they leave.
"ancial stimulus so press one now to take advantage of this today." Voicemail is 7 seconds long with the last 3 seconds of just air.
