The caller said his name was, "John" and that he was calling from Windows Technical Service. "John" had a heavy foreign accent and I could here background noise from the boiler room on his end of the line. I hung up on him. Don't ever let these guys tell you that there is a problem with your computer and that they need your computer's IP address. If you give up that information they will hack your computer and steal your personal information.
Scam! The caller first stated he was calling about a computer problem. I asked what company he was calling from and he stated he was from PC Windows. Knowing no such company would randomly call, I said I deal with Comcast...and suddenly he said he was from Comcast. I then said I know he's scamming and I actually have Verizon (I don't..) to which he said "Sir, would you please let me talk". I told him to kiss my @$$, he's a con artist, and laughed in his face. He then called me a "dumbass" and went silent! LOL!

I don't answer calls from unknown area codes or numbers I don't recognize. If it's important, they'll leave a message. This caller left no message, so I blocked this number from my phone. Done! Why bother engaging with these dirtbags?
