Who called from 2315873006

got a call on cell. No one was there when I picked up. Called back and resording sais something about a rewards program.  Listen to message and press 2 to be on DNC list.

Rang twice and hung up. Block this number. They are dummies.

Cell phone rang a couple of times & stopped. No message left. Wouldn't have answered unknown number.

Called the number back. Heard this: "Hi this is Julie with reward redemption. You recently visited one of our affiliate websites and in appreciation we have a 100 rebate voucher for you."  its a recording.

Rang twice and hung up. Same story...Anybody up for a lynching in Mancelona, Michigan?
