called on my cell phone. Did not answer. No voicemail left (yay). Added it to my block list.

they'll just get a no anwer each time they call.. i dont pay attention to it at all. it's not worth my time and energy. they wont stop anyway.

Called me last night - I told him I could not understand him - and did I ask for him to call me.  He said, yes you requested that we call.  Something about continuing education.  I kept telling him I could not understand what he was talking about.  Hopefully, I frustrated him and he won't call back.
