This guy seems to want to be my friend, too, though I couldn't understand anything else he said.

This number called me at 3:44 am this morning - woke me up - and never left a message.

This person freaking called me up at 5.53 AM, woke me up, and the guy (who sounded to be African of some sort) told me that he needed my help with something. He said something like, you are American, so I know . . . ' but I couldn't hear the rest. I hung up and he called RIGHT back. I told him that I couldn't help him and he was like ' . . . thank you.' and hung up.

1st time called @ like 3:39A, then again @ 10A. I didn't answer because I don't answer numbers I don't know.
Then called again in the afternoon a week or so later.
Never leaves a VM.
