The caller ID says DNC. At first I thought that meant Democratic National Committee, but there is no message so I don't think it's political- unless someone is trying to make the DNC look bad. Anyway, your friends will figure out how to get ahold of you. Don't pick up this number.
I finally found a way to get these types of calls to stop. We bought a printer that is also a fax machine. I got fed up with these people calling 2 to 5 times a week every week for more than a year. I plugged in the fax machine and set it to auto answer in 3 rings so it wouldn't go to voicemail. After one week I checked my caller id and each of those mortgage places had only called once after the fax machine was plugged in. I let it on 2 more weeks to make sure I got all of them. Apparently if it is a fax machine that answers they (or their computer that calls) removes your number from their list. I has been 3 months since I did this and I get no more calls. Yipee!!! Yeah!
I've been getting several calls from this number since last week. My iPhone can only identify their location as Michigan. I never pick up bc I don't recognize the number, it's a long distance call, and if someone really wants to get a hold of me from any number, they would leave a message. I have no clue who this is. Others here have said it was a mortgage company?
