Lame attempt at selling crap from a cold call. these dirt bags never remove your name from their list it's just bounced around and set up for a call from some other scam they've got cooking. You have to call back the number 231-732-2261, to get the removal prompt. The initial call to you is geared at wasting your time on the phone.
