Who called from 2317322672

My caller ID says it's from SPKR 55.  I won't pick up unless I hear a voice leaving a message.  No message is left.

Just got a call (again) from this place. The name that showed up on caller ID was "spkr 55". It was an automated shill about automotive insurance, saying "my vehicle" would be removed from the database unless I spoke to a customer representative (press 1). If I wanted to be removed, press 3. As always, I press 3. I'm sure I'll get another pointless, unwanted call from them soon. They never remove you.
