I think the message is just what the caller ID says, "Recycle". They don't expect you to answer or if you do there will never be anyone there. It is just an automated computer calling system telling you to recycle. We got the same during the elections and caller ID said vote and when you said hello there was no one there. I get the same calls from this # and I live close to Portland, Or. I'm also on the Do Not Call and have reported them to the FCC but that was before I THINK I figured it out.????
answered call but no one was there... ive noticed that sometimes a person will pop on if you wait a few seconds on these type of calls, but that didnt happen this time and the phone disconnected automatically
Portland area, OR. Rang twice, they must have hung up after 2nd ring when I didn't answer. Alot of calls with no messages lately. With the election coming up I think it's a junk call relating to that. Political calls should be able to be added to the 'do not call' list- they're a big nuisance.
called asking to register voters. asked for specific person, but that person doesn't live here. said they were calling from the Republican Party. when told I was a dem, they hung up immediately. voter reg closed on the 14th, so this seems fishy.
I have gotten several of these calls and they irritate me to no end. I'm on the no call list, what gives them the "right" to call me? I think we all should go to the no call list and add them to the complaint list. If enough of us complain maybe they will stop them from harassing us.
