Who called from 2317322724

Same.  Phone rang and hung up immediately upon picking up.

No one there when I answered.  Phone went quiet then clicked then quiet then clicked.  I hung up at that point.

I have received many calls from this number over the last several months. It is always the same thing. No one answers. It rings 2 to 4 times and they do not leave a message. This is irritating. Does anyone know what can be done about this? Please post it for everyone if you do.

What's up with this?  I'm on the 'do not call' list and do not answer calls that I don't recognise
